Ben Shaprio – Watch Tucker Carlson Get Dismantled on His Own Show

Tucker Carlson recently interviewed Jacob Rees-Mogg on his podcast on October 2, 2026. For those like myself, the interview predictably revealed the insanity that Tucker has become. The most basic, historical and economic realities are suppressed, in pursuit of new view of America and the world we find ourselves in. I recommend Ben Shaprio’s breakdown of the interview, specifically his comments on Tucker’s claims.

Sinclair Ferguson – Don’t Answer a Fool, Answer a Fool

A blast from the past! Sinclair Ferguson preaches Proverbs 26:5-6. He does a great job, and I believe that drawing on the wisdom of Proverbs on this point is key in having conversations with people like Tucker Carlson and gentlemen like Randall Kennedy.

Steven Crowder – 🔴 Change My Mind Debates: Harvard Professor Randall Kennedy

This debate is incredible. It’s hard to keep in perspective the insanity of the lockdown era. This conversation brings that insanity to the forefront. Kennedy tries to defend the indefensible, and Crowder does a very good job pointing out how indefensible his position is.

Chance Faulkner – Writing and the Value of Community

Chance Faulkner highlights the importance of theological writing within community:

“One December evening in 1929, two professors met together after a faculty meeting. It was a blustery, rainy night, so they settled near the fire, letting the conversation stretch late into the early morning hours of 2:30 a.m. At some point during the evening, one of them shared that he was working on a draft of a poem. When he later showed it to his colleague, the response was full of praise and encouragement along with some helpful, constructive feedback. That simple act of vulnerability became a spark for the most famous and fruitful literary fellowship of the 20th century. For of course the two men were JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis.”

Anthony Gosling – What Is a Reformed Publisher Looking For?

Have you ever wanted some inside baseball on reformed publishing? Anthony Gosling offers just that in this video.

“A publisher is therefore looking for a manuscript that is theologically faithful, deeply Christ-centred, purpose-driven, audience-aware, pastorally useful, clearly written or credibly authored.”

Daniel Hames – Formation of the Writer

God has His theologians and His writers, so how does he form them? In this lecture, Daniel Hames answers this question.

“So I want to say your best communication will come from the deepest growth you’ve experienced. Your best communication will come from your discipleship being sincere and your writing being sincere. As a result, the more you see of Jesus, the more you’re transformed by him, the more you will actually sound like you have something to say, the more you will have a feeling of gravity and depth. The more you will sound worshipful and provoke worship in the hearts of your readers, the more you will understand yourself rightly, the more you’ll have pastoral insight, the more you’ll be able to speak with sincerity about Jesus and who He is.”

Bethany J. Lincks – Bear Cave, Coffee, & a Red Canoe

Appreciate the beautiful things of life in the world held by the sovereign God.

Tim Challies – Ed Sheeran Proves Trueman Right: We All Live in Marx’s World Now

Tim Challies reminds us that woke is not gone – it’s very strong, and very destructive.

“Though he has since backtracked to some degree, he is likely to find that Marxist ideology offers no clear equivalent to the Christian understandings of forgiveness and reconciliation. According to the standard playbook, he should now agree to set aside his privilege and learn from those who, by their experience of being oppressed, can educate him. Sure enough, he said, ‘I am already speaking to people across the spectrum to work out how to make a contribution that helps victims of these terrible times, and listening and learning because I do not know enough.’ But no amount of kowtowing will return him to the good graces of the crowds. This is not to say that his career is over, but just that this conflict will be with him for the foreseeable future. Marxism offers no absolution.”

Peter Mead – Episode 76: Bitesize – Self-Confidence? (The biblical preaching podcast)

“Humble and watchful. Two words that should be right at the centre of the the preachers’ mindset, right at the centre of the preacher’s ministry. Humble. I need you, God. I’m dependent on you. I’m trusting you. Watchful. I know the enemy would love to get me.”
