Choosing to murder does not make the choice good. Restrictions against murder are good, and accountability for those who murder is good, just, and necessary.
Seeing that Rebuttal 2.2 is true (i.e., it is illegal to infringe on someone else’s rights/right to life), your right to choice does not trump someone else’s right to life.
