I suppose it was inevitable, looking back. But wow, so many people who derided the right for “conspiracy theories,” especially surrounding JFK and Epstein, now saying that Trump staged his own assassination? Wow. Just wow.
So, let me share some posts with you…

34k likes: “Now I am pretty sure that this crap was staged by Trump himself.”
July 7, same guy calling to make conspiracy theories illegal
227k likes: “This clip is what confirmed for me that this was orchestrated. An attempt to manufacture hysteria, and gain public sympathy/support. They playing dirty this election season”
65k likes: “If you believe this wasn’t staged I have nothing to say to you. Sorry this smells.”
15k likes: “Trump set this up. I don’t believe for one second it was random. BB gun, fake blood, the choreography of the fist pump. Sympathy, martyrdom, anything to get the votes he knows he can’t get any other way.”
10k likes: “As if Trump just got shot at and he stops to address the crowd afterwards. Staged af Fake news.”
3k likes: “the creator of the term ‘fake news’ just created the biggest fake news ever”
4k likes: “Fake news. False flag. He set this up to milk it for sympathy and attention.”
10k likes: “This is 100% #Staged”

This truly is the Left’s great conspiracy theory!
How can so many hold to such a hypothesis? Well, something obviously went horribly wrong, and the shooter shouldn’t have been able to do what he did unless something was up. That is so obvious that those dedicated to the Left could not avoid it:
So, to combat the idea that it was set up by those who wanted to destroy Trump, they said it was staged by those who supported Trump.
Isn’t it impossible for the shooting to have happened in the way that it did unless 1) the Secret Service and/or local authorities are utterly incompetent, or 2) some people somewhere were in on it.
So, after years of being able to sit on the fence, now we have to choose our conspiracy theory.
Unless, of course, you ignore the JFK files, the past 9 years, the fact that Trump was impeached twice, arrested, fined, falsely accused, lied about, censored, falsely associated with Russia as a colluder, convicted of felonies for harming no one, called Hitler by those who hate him, and THEN shot – and then ignore that the same Bearu we are told to rely on to investigate the attempted assassination is the same organization that has labeled Trump and his supporters “domestic terrorists” and raided Trump’s home – IF you ignore all that.[1] And you can, as some have.[2] And you’ll sound very sensible when you do so. But if you care to remember recent history and swim against the lies, and are willing to accept that maybe – just maybe some people are truly evil, and truly mean what they say… maybe it’s time to get off the fence on some things. Not to make wild assumptions, but just to call reality as we see it.
Maybe when we start to do that, we can see the Left’s great conspiracy theory for what it truly is.
